This is a warning to anyone considering Kim McAllister Play Therapy, based on a final judgment from the Sheriff Court.
I took Kim McAllister to court for a severe breach of confidentiality, where she disclosed my sensitive medical information without consent. The court ruled in my favour, and ordered her to pay me £1000.
Her conduct caused me significant psychological harm, including anxiety and depression & ptsd nightmares . I also experienced unprofessional behaviour during sessions, such as being unable to use the bathroom and sending personal insults about me when I ended the therapy.
Be aware that she removes negative reviews from her Facebook page, silencing critical voice.
My recovery was significantly set back by this experience. I urge you to consider this legal outcome before trusting her with your confidential information and mental well-being.
